Distribution to live star entertainment to fund a film project to fight stereotype and achieve social justice for african americans. The film will be distributed to the national museum of african american history and culture and also hbcu (historically black colleges and universities) which is part of the mission of the foundation.
Distribution to pay for the attendance of management classes with reservoir advisors by the leadership teams of the 501(c)(3) organizations that the foundation regularly supports financially including kidneys in common, kidneys for communities, alliance for paired kidney donations, global kidney exchange to enhance their knowledge-base with best management practices and leadership developments to further enhance the long-term success of the foundations.
Consulting fee to pontis partners to distribute the film developed more broadly to further the charitable mission of the foundation.
