Program areas at Peninsula Youth Orchestra

During the 2023 fiscal year the organization maintained its membership of about 400 young musicians from a variety of Bay Area communities and economic and cultural backgrounds. Organized into six different orchestras, arranged according to age, interest, and musical ability, the members rehearsed weekly and performed for the community in a variety of concerts. They gave 6 major concerts and 2 chamber music recitals during the regular season,and conducted a two week summer music camp in July 2022.
