Program areas at Pennsylvania State Snowmobile Association
Pssa conducts a yearly Snowmobile show in order to enhance snowmobiling in Pennsylvania. The show attemps to encourage safe snowmobiling on the Pennsylvania trails. It also allows vendors to market their products to encourage trade in Pennsylvania. Proceeds from the show helps the organization maintain safe trails as well as encourage tourism in the State. The show has not been held the last fiscal years because of covid.
The organization has a project called snow angels which contributes money to families of disabled and handicapped children in Pennsylvania. The organization also gives money to individual chapters so they can give these children a christmas party and gifts.
The organization is given grants in order to help the individual chapters in the State of Pennsylvania to main their trails, signs, etc. In order to foster safe snowmobiling
