The organization previously sold the contract for operations of the facilities. Subject to the statute of limitations of legal activity, the board of directors paid for four years of wrap up services and amortized the amount over a 48 month period, reported as the quest management fees. Once the remaining legal concerns are resolved, the board of directors will vote on whether to dissolve and liquidate or continue operations in support of the developmentally disabled population.
