Channeled the frustrations of the majority of portlanders fed up with lawlessness, homelessness, and inaction from local and state elected officials.3. Put hiring more police, a ban on public camping, recriminalizing hard drugs, and cleaning up trash and graffiti at the top of the local and state political agenda.4. Called out corruption and incompetence of the county-run "joint office of homeless services and drove greater scrutiny of the homeless industrial complex.10. After a decade of dithering and delays, pushed the mayor and city council to approve and fund body cameras on all police officers.
