Program areas at PEC

This past year most of the cdc's work continued to focus on providing economic and food relief. We continued to engage youth in Community engagement work which focused on outreach, food justice, social justice, and the arts. Our commercial corridor work focused on enhancing safety and our real estate team began predevelopment work with our partner mt vernon manor on the 40th street project, a mixed use Development project offering affordable housing and commercial space.
