Program areas at Perry Farm Village

Perry Farm center consists of six assisted living units, a wellness center and a community center. It provides certain programs, services, and assisted living care to the residents and older persons in the surrounding area. Perry Farm Development Co opened a memory care facility housing 20 beds in january 2023. The building is attached to the Perry center but is leased from a local developer which owns the building.
