Exempt purpose is to attract and retain industry into the local community and to generate and maintain employment. Program expenses relate to ongoing projects and maintenance of land available for lease or sale. A new community education opportunity was presented and funding approved for ranken technology trade education. During this fiscal year a 6 acre tract was purchased by the city of Perryville to construct a facility in conjunction with ranken technical institute.a second parcel was purchased by a local outdoor digital company for construction of a business operations facility.
