The corporation operates as a resource to teachers, parents, staff and students at the liberal arts and science academy by organizing events to build a sense of school community, providing various means for the school to communicate to current, prospective and former parents and students, and to raise needed funds for: 1) classroom materials, 2) teacher and staff professional development, 3) books, 4) educational and community events, including recruitment of new students and 5) equipment and other resources that enhance the students' education, including tutoring.
