The organization provides opportunities for members to connect through literacy service, anniversary and reunion celebrations, leadership summits, convention, and special alumnae events.
Leadership training - to provide local chapters with resources and programs focused on developing member leadership skills and assisting students in improving various educational opportunities. The organization provides opportunities for leadership and professional skill development through networking and signature events, including Pi Beta Phi leadership institute, biennial convention, college weekend, officer retreats and critical conversations, a Pi Beta Phi risk prevention education program.
