Program areas at Piano & More
In 2023, we had up to 210 students participate in music instruction, including piano, voice, guitar and other music lessons. Piano & More hosted multiple community music events such as Open Mics, Musical Field Trips, and over 20 teacher Recitals, fulfilling our mission of bringing the community together with music and art. The Student Sponsorship Program, started in the fall of 2019, allows low income students an opportunity to a free private piano education. We are grateful to provide this access and resources as piano isn't taught in public schools and private lessons can be too expensive for low income families. In 2023, Piano & More provided 144 private lessons to sponsored students at no cost to them.
