Pine Gardens II

The specific charitable and public purposes for which the corporation is organized are (1) to provide housing for low income persons, where no adequate housing exists for such groups; and (2) to provide decent, safe sanitary housing and related services for low income persons, or for low income persons who are displaced from urban renewal areas, or as a result of governmental action, or a major disaster where no adequate housing exists for such groups. The organization carries out these activities by providing interest free loans to the rural communities housing development corporation and affiliates, which are supported organizations.
