Pivot Ministry empowers low-income women for better life and work opportunities by recruiting, training, and assigning 145 volunteers to aid in carrying out the organization's mission. The volunteers provide one-on-one mentors for each of the 28 participants and graduates. Pivot Ministry provides classes in life skills, job readiness skills, and Bible study which are attended by the participants. The organization also sustains graduates with enriching activities and workshops.
