These services are fully supported by funding received from grants.

These services are supported by nominal residential fees as well as funding received from grants.
Community-based substance use program - the community-based substance use treatment program provides individual and group counseling and community support services to individuals working toward recovery from substance use disorders. Research and evaluation program - the research and evaluation program focuses on the constant evolution of treatment models, evaluating the impact of specific models on clients' lives: their housing, substance use, mental health symptoms, and other outcome measures. The program publishes results, speaks at national conferences, and provides consultation to start up programs. A component of the program is the behavioral health center of excellence, which is a collaborative model that promotes, collaborates and trains partners, both regional and world-wide, in evidence-based practices in behavioral health. Through intensive training and community webinars, illume, brings information about evidence-based practices to partners, from regional experts and internationally-recognized behavioral health leaders.
