Pleasant View homes skilled nursing facilities provided nursing care and skilled rehabilitation services to individuals at a 122 bed nursing Home in inman, ks and a 12 bed Home plus just north of hutchinson, ks. Additionally, Pleasant View provided outpatient therapy services allowing area residents to recieve this treatment without having to travel out of the community for care. The nursing Home prepared food for meals on wheels for the inman community. The nursing Home provides several intergenerational programs for the inman community. The inman facility has been an educational sight for individuals enrolled in cna, cma , emt, and nursing programs. Additionally, Pleasant View Home has been a mentoring facility that is used to train other nursing Home personnel about person centered care.
Pleasant View Home care provides medical, Home care and sitting services to individuals still residing in their homes. Among the services provided are medication setup and reminders, bathing, housekeeping, laundry, blood pressure checks, companionship, coordinated care with physicians - including therapy - and exercise programs. The operation provides services under a variety of pay sources including private, medicaid and medicare.
Housing for older, but still independent adults, was provided. Approximately 100 residents benefited from this service during the year in housing located at our inman campus. Residents in independent housing were provided maintenance services, spiritual programs, social and health care services in a secure environment. The care provided in the individual living apartments allow many of our residents to remain out of assisted care or nursing care facilities longer than if they were to remain at Home. Many residents benefit from available Home health, housekeeping services and meals. The facilities are also utilized to host wellness, educational and social activities open to the general public including covid-19 vaccinations.
