The mission of the PCL is to provide a summer music and fireworks festival free to the public. The PCL does the fundraising for the event and coordinates all the activities of the event with the City of Plymouth. Working with the City of Plymouth, the PCL's mission is to provide a free musical experience for all ages which includes a free performance by the Minnesota Orchestra plus other family entertainment activities. Program areas at Plymouth Civic League

The PCL funded and coordinated a free Minnesota Orchestra outdoor concert for the general public at Plymouth's Hilde Performance Center. The cost of the concert was $39,250.
The PCL provided two additional free concerts by the Genesis Band the French Cabaret Trio.
The PCL provided a fireworks display that was free to the public.
The PCL funded various kids activities such as face painting, tattoos, zoo animal display, etc
