Infill- construction of homes for sale to low-moderate income residents.this program also includes purchase and rehab of properties for sale to low-moderate income homebuyers.other program services offered include education/counseling services (homebuyer education, post-purchase education, credit counseling, foreclosure counseling, reverse mortgage counseling and financial fitness education), community organizing for Neighborhood revitalization and down payment and closing cost lending for home purchases.
