Description
Point Source Youth works to prevent youth homelessness, especially among LGBTQ youth, and aids homeless youth through proven interventions. We also support organizations serving homeless youth by providing assistance with funding access and evaluation. Our mission includes advocating for, implementing, and evaluating scalable and replicable interventions such as family and kinship strengthening, short-term host homes, and rapid re-housing to increase housing options for youth and end youth homelessness.
