The pal ran a hockey program for boys and girls grades k to 8 which was utilized by approximately 15 participants during the 2023 calendar year. The pal ran a wrestling program for boys and girls grades k to 8 which was utilized by approximately 90 participants during the 2023 calendar year. The pal ran a cheer program for girls grades k to 8 which was utilized by approximately 50 participants during the 2023 calendar year. The pal ran a flag football program for boys and girls grade 1-8 which was utilitzed by approximately 200 participants during the 2023 calendar year.the pal runs many other programs for people of all ages that include pickleball, volleyball, multi sports camps, robotics, coding, cooking and arts and crafts.
The organization provided a program, "games with friends" which is designed for mentally and physically challenged members of the community. The program engages students in cooking classes, tennis, basketball, cheer, ping pong, and other learning opportunities through field trips which enable the participants to learn through exposure to community activities.
