Program areas at Police Athletics for Community Engagement
Youth sports programs and activities aimed at econcomically disadvantaged and at-risk youth in the greater Omaha, Nebraska area. The programs are provided free to youth participants and include baseball and softball, basketball, crossfit, education and outreach, flag football, soccer and trail and mountain bike. The programs are administered by active and retired police officers, many of whom volunteer as coaches for the youth sports teams, and other volunteers from the general public.
