Program areas at Police Fitness

Running and operating a complete health center/gym. This includes individuals working out alone as well as various group classes with certified instructors. We serve our rural community with free classes for high-risk individuals that have experienced a cardiac event, high blood pressure, or struggle with obesity. The Fitness center completed renovations on a new facility in 2022. We also make our facility available for individuals who are overcoming addictions and who commit to a year long program to stay drug and alcohol free. This is offered by partnering with another non-profit within our community.
