Police Who Care's mission is to provide financial aid and/or assistance to employees and others with legitimate needs, as well as support community projects and provide monies for worthwhile causes. Annually, the organization contributes to various initiatives including the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, Special Olympics, YMCA, Project Renewal, Miracle League, Shop with a Cop, and makes a $1,000 contribution to beneficiaries of every fund.

Program areas at Police Who Care

Annually, the fund contributes to the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, Special Olympics, YMCA, Project Renewal, Miracle League, and Shop with a Cop, just to name a few. In addition, the fund makes a $1,000 contribution to the beneficiaries of every Georgia law enforcement officer who dies in the line of duty. The PWC also helps City of Covington employees when disaster strikes them. Furthermore, the fund has established an Employee Assistance Matrix which allows officers the opportunity to provide financial assistance to members of the public that are in need of assistance.
