To encourage cooperation between member clubs and to serve the interests of the larger snowmobiling community.
To develop and understand the issues affecting snowmobiling and to communicate information so that the image of snowmobiling will be enhanced. This includes but is not limited to education programs, landowner regulations, legislative review, trail development and safety
