Pone Ensemble for New Music

Under normal circumstances we hold three to four concerts each year. Those benefited are: The composers of the music we present. Approx. 20 each year. The musicians who perform the music. 8 each concert. The audience who attends the concerts. 30 each concert. Due to pandemic restrictions, we held no concerts during 2020. The mission of the Poné Ensemble for New Music is to perform chamber music of the 20th and 21st centuries, with an emphasis on American composers and composers of the Hudson Valley. The ensemble is also committed to the encouragement of newly-emerging composers.
