With the permission and support from the Arlington Bishop, Michael Burbridge, Porto Charities conducted a Special Kids/Special Needs collection from various parishes throughout the archdiocese. Funds collected were distributed as grant awards in support of inclusive education and special needs programs in the Diocese Parochial Schools with no administrative or overhead cost assessments. See Schedule I for a listing of the Porto's 2023 grant award program.
