Program areas at Posey Shelter Pet Promoters
Protection of animals from abuse, neglect & cruelty thru adoptions, transporting, fostercare, educational program & promoting spay/neuter programs. We accepted 6 owner surrenders and pulled 125 from Animal Control facilities, for a total of 131 lives saved. We donated over 1000 pounds of pet food to the Cedartown Polk Humane Societys Pet Food Pantry.We are forever grateful for all our volunteers, fosters, transporters, donors, spay/neuter and veterinary clinics, businesses and partnering rescues. Without their hard work and dedication to the cause, this would not have been possible.
