Prep for Success, Inc. (pfs) is a private, nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of California. Pfs's sole member is education in motion, Inc. (eim), a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. Pfs is established to provide special education services for charter schools that specialize in serving at-risk and underserved students. Pfs's focus in the special education market allows the organization to cost-effectively educate students who are a disproportionate cost burden to traditional schools. Pfs is currently serving mainly charter schools in the state of California. In 2019, pfs :restated its articles of incorporation to; promote, support,and conduct programs, services and activities that educate, enrich and benefit youth; to provide grants and low-interest loans to nonprofit charter schools, nonprofit educational organizations, and; other charitable and educational activities reasonably related to or in furtherance of these purposes and as allowed by law.
