Hannahs heart housing program - direct services program - with each client we serve, we seek to provide individualized, wrap around services to the family; addressing their medical,psychological, educational, relational, and spiritual needs. Services are designed to support the child living in a residential home (whether with bio family, foster family or other identified guardian.)
Prevention - discovering your value learning system - our model offers a two-pronged approach that offers straight forward, culturally relevant information to youth to prevent and reduce victimization. It is an interactive learning system developed to address the cultural devaluation of women and to provide intentional prevention and early intervention to at-risk female adolescents.
In it together awareness & training - awareness & training programs enable individuals to recognize the signs and expose the victimization taking place while intervention can still happen. Industry specific trainings afford professionals role unique tools, techniques, and best practices for identification and response to minor victims of sexual exploitation and trafficking.
