Pride Day Equality Project Incorporated promotes respect in diverse expression for arts and culture within the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer communities. It hosts Eugene Pride in the Park, one of Oregon's largest LGBTQ+ annual events, which fills Alton Baker Park each August with two stages, a kids and youth zone, over 200 vendors and exhibitors, and a beer garden. The organization also awards scholarships to high school seniors or current college students who meet specific criteria set by the Scholarship Selection Committee and are members of the LGBTQ2SIA+ community.
