Social Program - provides meals, transportation, socialization and community.
Vocational and Housing Program- provides advocacy and assistance with obtaining and retaining permanent employment, education, and housing. The funding for this program ended during the fiscal year.
Supportive Housing- To provide supportive housing services to individuals who are: chronically homeless or are homeless or at risk of homelessness; suffer from cognitive disability, chemical dependency, mental illness or dual diagnosis (chemical dependency and mental illness); and have incomes when entering the program at or well below 50% of the area median income as defined by HUD. These services assist clients by linking them with the necessary housing, clinical, medical, social, educational, rehabilitative and vocational/employment and/or other services essential to achieving optimal quality of life and community living, based on an individual needs and risk assessment.
