Activity center provides exercise, recreation, education and social activities for senior citizens.
Information and referral/access-provides information by means of telephone or community outreach, and in-person assistance, support/counseling, assessment of needs and case management to senior citizens.
Transportation - provides rides to senior citizens who are not able to drive themselves to medical offices, food and drugstores, etc.
In-home services - provides assistance to the home bound by recruiting and training volunteers for placement with isolated senior citizens to provide companionship and support on a regular basis. Provides respite for caregivers as well as attendent care for the elderly.
