Professional Women in Healthcare

The organization holds an annual leadership summit for both its members and non-members featuring a keynote speaker, as well as other speakers, and a variety of breakout sessions and networking events.

The organization provides education and resources to members through 1) webinars to keep its members abreast of healtcare trends and provide information on Healthcare topics; 2) mentorship program that allows its members to mentor and be mentored to allow for a safe space for the mentees to ask questions, gain insight, accept constructive criticism and grow; 3)blog on its website where articles of Professional interest are posted 4) pwh connect journal produced 3-4 times a year provides articles, stories, and other information to keep its members informed, educated, and connected.

The organization provides networking opportunities including 1) an annual leadership lunch and networking event that is held in conjunction with the annual executive conference held by the health industry distributors association, a nonprofit organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code; 2) periodic member coffee chats & touchpoints that feature different Healthcare industry topics for discussion among members.
