Program Believe

Summer enrichment - the summer enrichment Program is held for 6 weeks from june to july. This Program is designed for under-served, disadvantaged children to help prevent learning loss in reading, writing and math skills during the summer break. Daily instruction includes lessons in phonics, vocabulary building, oral reading, spelling, basic mathematics, keyboarding and word processing. Reading strategies are practiced each day to improve proficiency in reading comprehension and writing skills. Skillful exercises which focus on recalling information directly from the text, prediction, inference and character traits are also practiced. Students are exposed to various fun activities from different organizations throughout the coast that will help them to acquire basic skills for life.

Immigration legal services - Program Believe provides low-cost immigration services to those who are unable to contract the services of a private attorney and provides these services regardless of race, religion, sex, or ethnic origin.
