County Support - The County Support focuses on supporting social workers and foster and adoptive families in seven unique Virginia counties.
Care Communities - We trained three churches how to form effective "care communities" to wrap around foster and adoptive families with support to help them to go the distance and serve vulnerable children.
Don't Go Alone - The Don't Go Alone program supports youth aging out in foster care ages 18-24 by matching them with mentors who meet with them monthly.
