Project Quest's mission is to strengthen the economy by providing highly qualified employees for in-demand, living wage careers. The program provides participant support services that help cover basic living expenses so that individuals can participate in training programs to improve their work skills. Eligible participants receive stipends. Outreach, recruitment, career coaches, and employment specialists provide education guidance and life-skills training while coordinating with local employers to develop jobs and prepare participants for job search efforts.
