Program areas at Promont

Promont house museum is an 1865 italianate building on the national historic register. The house is open 3 days per month for guided tours and other days for special events. Trained docents guide these tours. Approximately 2000 people per year tour the house.
Promont maintains a library open to the public. By request, Historical documents and books are available for research. The Society has published 2 Historical volumes. The Society also publishes a quarterly newsletter.
