PTA OREGON CONGRESS - Metropolitan Learning Center ensures that any opportunity available through MLC is accessible to all students, despite their family's financial constraints. It strives to develop a community by providing, organizing, and managing activities that bring the MLC community together and offer support for the school, students, and their families. This includes assistance with the school-wide clothing closet and pantry. The PTA also provides scholarships for classroom field trips, supplies, and activities as well as college scholarships for high school graduates.
