Diversely abled programs: the organization offers many different programs that support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In 2018 the board of directors adopted additional language wherein the strengths of people are identified through the term diversely abled. These program offerings range from residential services expressed through host homes and personal care alternatives, which are typical houses in typical neighborhoods providing 24/7 care for up to 3 people at a time, to vocational and pre-vocational services where people choose and then work towards their personal vocational goals, to day program classes which are focused on vocational, personal, and recreational skill building and experiences.

Production: the organization actively employs people who experience a wide range of diverse abilities and challenges. The production facilities are typical for light manufacturing and fulfillment services. Each person is exposed to normative working conditions with typical expectations for that specific product line. Products range from equipment log books, key tags, and flight crew check list manuals, to spring dowel assemblies which are critical for the united states transportation industry. Also included is the production of equipment and materials for music students and health care students.
