Our primary and only program service is to job train and employ homeless young adults who are working to exit homelessness In a retail coffee shop and wholesale coffee roasting environment Over the course of 12 months, we teach our employees using a curriculum that focuses on job skills, life skills and coping skills, in addition to working in both a fast paced and detailed oriented customer service environment for 20-30 hours per week It ts our mission and vision to holistically support our employees with resources beyond employment, like mental health (therapy and physiotherapy) and housing connections, We employ 4-7 homeless young adults during any given time in order to provide intentional, specific and meaningful support, as well as a working wage Specifically in our roasting business, employees develop problem solving skills, and learn the importance of systems, processes and become attentive deta noel cee eee cence nee nee ene eee enn ne pece
