As the external evaluator for Bluegrass's Increasing Diversity in Healthcare Education initiative, QA Commons is offering valuable insights that drive continuous improvement as the college addresses the root cause of the shortage of frontline healthcare workers in central Kentucky.

Engaged six programs in the Information Technology department at Blue Ridge Community & Technical College through the EEQ Certification and Student Badging processes - ensuring students have not only technical skills, but also the employability skills necessary to succeed in in the workplace.

As the external evaluator for SEMI's Career and Apprenticeship Network (SCAN), a new Registered Apprenticeship program, QA Commons contributed to better-informed decision-making and increased overall program quality that serves entry-level technicians, operators, and other professionals for careers in the microelectronics industry.

Developed a set of Noncredit Quality Assurance materials to help Shippensburg University ensure programming has strong labor market alignment, employer engagement, and program design - as well as instructors who can effectively engage with nontraditional students.

Engaged 35 instructors in the Missouri Dept of Corrections in employability skills training, worked with them to implement these skills in their classes, and developed a comprehensive evaluation plan for a larger 3-year project with MODOC.

Engaged 12 Employment Transition Specialists in the Missouri DOC in an eight week training on Employabilty to help as they prepare their clients for release back into society.

Delivered a training to faculty within the PASSHE system on the changing world of work, skills-based hiring trends, and new opportunities within the system for noncredit course offerings
