Program areas at QCP
Residential services: provide a home-like environment to 78 adults with severe disabling conditions in nine group homes. Oversee medical care and activities of daily living while promoting independence and community inclusion.
Children's center services: provides educational and treatment services to children from early childhood through age 21. Enables children aged 3-5 with severe disabilities to transition to public school systems.
Adult day services: teaching skills which enable adults to be more independent in their use of community resources. Participants develop travel and money-handling skills, and volunteer at various community sites such as parks and senior Centers. Speech, physical and occupational therapies are provided as needed.
Vocational services: assess, train in appropriate skills and place in competitive employment or at the organization's work center.
Clinical and coordination services: provide evaluation and counseling and assist individuals to obtain needed services and supports.
Other misc. Program expenses: transport tax, recruitment, bad debt, medical & program supplies
