Academic counseling (ac) - post pandemic, increased needs for scholar support, enhanced our community building efforts, emergency funds, study sessions, and mental health support.
Rainier Scholars - tacoma: expanded the three program services into a new location and welcoming cohort #3.
Academic enrichment/recruitment (aep) - we provide academic enrichment and direct academic support to 23 scholar cohorts.
Leadership and career development (lcd) - early career exposure through teen exploration workshops and summer opportunities, including placing interns. Programming includes grade-level leadership workshops, seminars, and career exploration forums.
