General - RVC Seattle (RVC) promotes social justice by cultivating leaders of color, strengthening organizations led by communities of color, and fostering collaboration between diverse communities. RVC works to accomplish this mission through: advocacy and collaboration, capacity-building & coaching, a fellowship program, and operations support.
Collective justice is an organization that was brought together by a diverse group of survivors and imprisoned community members in Washington state. They focus on resourcing the communities to address violence and harms in ways that move their communities closer to wellness, accountability and collective liberation and away from state violence.
Creative justice is an organization that provides a space for youth impacted by the criminal justice system and the school-to-prison-to-deportation pipeline. Through a community of participants and mentor artists working together to explore the root causes of incarceration, art is used as a vehicle to amplify their voices and promote change.
