Raise-Op provided safe, quality, affordable, energy-efficient Housing to its residents. Raise-Op helped residents to learn about how their buildings operate and provided input on their Housing and the activities of the organization through regular meetings. Raise-Op partnered with other community organizations to educate the public about Housing needs and to promote best practice Housing solutions.
