Program areas at Black Hills Ford and Mustang Club
The annual car show held in June was moved from Wilson Park to Memorial Park in Rapid City, South Dakota. There were 83 cars and truck entries. The judging format was for each car to be judged on a point system and accumulation of points determined if they won a gold, silver, or bronze award. Multiple plaques were awarded accordingly. The show is open to the viewing public for free. There were many viewers who came to see the vehicles. The club organized, setup, advertised and judged the event
The club will typically participate/sponsor other events with other car clubs. These include members showing the automobiles in other shows throughout the area.
The club held several runs thru the Black Hills and surrounding areas in South Dakota. These runs are an opportunity for members to drive their cars and view the scenery. Several stops were made along the way. Typically, the club will pause and have a meal.
