Original research:we seek to work with like-minded academic and nonprofit institutions in order to engage in both theoretical and applied projects that are congruent with our general philosophy. Our aim is to further state-of-the-art approaches to negotiation theory, mediation and conflict resolution.skill-building:we want to help develop and disseminate practical know-how in the field of negotiation research, through training, independent consulting and publications, with an aim to help our clients better manage conflict and reach more optimal agreements in situations involving divergence of interests, commitments and identities.charitable contributions:we also want to "walk our talk", by actively supporting those who are putting these ideas into practice. Each year, Rational Games therefore makes substantive pro bono and financial contributions to organizations engaged effectively in the pursuit of conflict resolution in a manner congruent with our approach, whether on a global, national or local scale, in the nonprofit sector.
