Membership growth in 2022 was fueled by word-of-mouth promotion from current and past members and increased engagement from RCHWN staff. The launch of the CHW store further bolstered member satisfaction and sales, while the CORE project expanded RCHWN's reach and impact.

Program areas at RCHWN - Core

In 2022, RCHWN memberships grew through word of mouth of current and past members and the increase in engagement of RCHWN staff. There was also the launching of the CHW store and that helped our members and sales grow. Along with RCHWN, CORE project also grew through some local contracts utilizing our CHW staff and small local grants that were awarded to CORE. We were able to employee 2 more employees and look at expanding CORE's coverage area to include the Great Lakes Bay Region as well as Isabella County (take effect in 2023). The added memberships, store sales, and grants increased our availability and support to the local ALICE population and communities.
