Program areas at Real Chances

Partnered with homeward and the city of richmond to provide housing and shelter and supportive services to nearly 800 homeless individuals. 186 rva residents transitioned to permanent housing. In the corridor where the workforce development and training programs were located to support these individuals, Real Chances also continued the work of development the community engagement and marketplace entrepreneurship programs that would encourage community participation and entrepreneurship among the people Real Chances serves. Recognizing also the importance of good food and healthy living for its clients, Real Chances also continued its work with glenwood farms. Approximately 1/2 million meals cooked and delivered.
