Membership programs & support: the Real Estate Business Institute (rebi) confers four (4) professional credentials: crb designation (certified Real Estate brokerage manager) is one of the oldest and most respected designations offered in Real Estate Business management; the srs designation (seller representative specialist) is the premier credential for realtors representing sellers; the c-rets certification (certified Real Estate team leader) is the premier credential for teams and team leaders; and the rene certification (Real Estate negotiation expert) is the premier credential for Real Estate negotiation training. The rebi community spans over 45,000 members worldwide. Through the Institute's leading-edge education and resources, members are among the most efficient, effective and profitable Real Estate professionals in the country. Rebi provides programs and resources to its members to allow them to leverage opportunity and improve performance. These programs and resources include: *education with an edge *knowledge center *marketplace of products and services *webinars *chapters *"the source" - virtual community for crb and srs designees *membership directory and resource catalog *Real Estate Business digital magazine (bi-monthly) *e-connections newsletter (monthly) *trade shows
Education: the Institute's curriculum integrates real-world strategies and resources to deliver the knowledge and expertise today's Real Estate professionals need to create opportunities to excel. The Institute's courses provide the training and education its members need to be better positioned to develop and streamline operating practices, market and position their businesses, understand and keep costs in check, and represent and advocate on behalf of their clients. Rebi's education structure allows its members to customize their educational experience through instructor-led classroom courses, online courses, and live virtual courses. Rebi also offers a course licensing program which provides an opportunity for realtor associations, franchises, chapters, and other companies to deliver crb, srs, c-rets, and/or rene education and generate revenue.
