Program areas at CABR
Education - provides professional development opportunities and continuing education courses to members in order to satisfy the licensing requirements of the Ohio division of real estate. There were 309 courses offered in-person and online throughout 2023. These courses had a total of 3,384 attendees.
Commercial real estate council and top producers club - representing the interest of our members through education and public awareness. The commercial real estate council of Greater Cincinnati supports its members through commercial real estate courses, legal documents and contracts for commercial and news, legislative news and events concerning the commercial marketplace and is a division of the Realtor Alliance of Greater Cincinnati. The top producers club honors the top commercial agents in Cincinnati. 29 agents were honored throughout 2023.
Circle of excellence - ragc's circle of excellence is an elite club of Cincinnati's top agents. Each year we honor those who have excelled with outstanding residential sales performance. Each applicant must have closed a minimum of $3,500,000 in sales volume as a result of the applicant's participation in selling, listing, referral fees and tip fees related to the sale of real estate during the recognition period. 762 agents were honored through the circle of excellence.
